• Payment: All subscriptions must be paid in full at the time of purchase via PayPal or Bank Transfer
• Pricing: Listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes
• Renewal: Subscriptions do not automatically renew - manual renewal required

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase under specific conditions as outlined in our Refund Policy. Refunds are only provided for technical issues caused by our service that we cannot resolve. Issues related to your internet connection, device compatibility, or user error are not eligible for refunds.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Your subscription allows simultaneous streaming on the number of devices specified in your plan (1-5 devices). Attempting to exceed this limit may result in service interruption or account suspension. Each device connection counts toward your limit regardless of whether content is actively being watched.

9. Service Availability and Performance

While we strive for 99.9% service uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance or updates
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Content provider changes or restrictions
• Network connectivity issues

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the 4KTVZ service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and user interfaces, are owned by 4K WATCHING LTD or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal purposes only. This license does not include any rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
